To whom it may concern, At first I was impressed when I left you my car. Was told it could be completed same day. Requested an oil change, door locks needed fixing, and the passenger belt beeps without any passengers. Uber home was nice. Got a call, parts not in for the locks, should be done Friday. Not a problem, I could wait, and get it Saturday. Got a voice mail on the weekend while away, saying the car was ready. Shop closed earlier than I realized. Helps if hours are left on a voice message. Monday was not a good day for me, So I attempted to get it Tuesday. I work at noon on Weekdays. Was concerned about being late, so I paid for a nearby Lyft driver. Arrived before 10:30. I was expecting to pay around $150, $50 deductible for repairs plus oil change. Was next told in error there was no charge. The service advisor, Carlos, messed up. My guy, John, was out sick or on vacation. Hope John is okay. Next, Carlos explains no charge for the oil, because they never changed it. Then he added the $50 on the bill, which he forgot to figure for the certified warranty deductible. Understandable, but awkward to hear about the forgotten charge. Now it's getting late, while he fixes the bill. Very disappointed, and now tight on time for work. Next Carlos advises they could get it done in 30 minutes, while I wait. So I wait. 45 minutes go by, still not finished. Carlos gets me an Uber. Now there is traffic, and I get to my home office 5 minutes late, logging into my desktop computer, where I sell car insurance. Later I get a call back, not able to answer during work. Took them over 2 hours for the oil change, after being told 30 minutes. 6 days late, if you count the initial drop-off conversation. Wednesday after 2pm I hear a voice mail, says my car is ready. Finally, I pick it up the next day, on Wednesday, almost a week after the original expectation. On top of everything else, it must have been parked all week near a tree, and had several bird craps on the glass. They could at least have washed it. This is the worst service I have ever had at any dealership in all my years of driving. Also, it is irritating to have so many advisors, with no customers in front of them, who direct you to the next guy over at another desk. That happened on every visit. Wish I had never called for my Lyft driver on Tuesday. Cost me $30 to be told they forgot the oil change. Oh, and by the way, the seatbelt was never looked at. It still beeps when there are no passengers. Was told the seat belt sensor was reset. I can tell they never checked it, because the belt was still fastened on the passenger side, to keep it from beeping. Thankfully, they at least remembered to put the oil plug back in. Also, was advised I am good for 10 thousand miles or one year, till next oil change, when I asked how long till next change. Have heard different opinions on this. Is that even right? No one seems to know what they are doing there. Horrible communication among the staff. Thank you for reading. I can be reached most easily on Thursdays or weekends. I expect some follow-up. This was not a good experience, and was my first time as your customer. My other car is a Nissan Xterra, previously serviced at Courtesy Nissan. You should visit their place sometime. Consistently have delivered me excellent service over the years. Now I live in Plant City, and was hoping you would be my Volkswagen service shop. I plan to drive it for many years. Please don't completely rely on teck. I waited there and a walk of 25 feet to talk to me instead of text would have been appreciated. Why would you ask if I was waiting, when I first arrived?
