It took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I was really impressed with the videos and walk thru. I was told the car was washed and it wasn’t they offered but I did want to wait. The staff was professional and explained everything. The waiting area needs some work stained ceiling tiles and area was needing some work.

I was told that I needed an oil change because the oil looked pretty bad. Should have seen their faces when I told them I had just gotten an oil change not two days ago. I may be wrong but, everything after that was just them trying to justify the oil change. I checked the paperwork. They put the right oil. But I paid for it anyway. I was offered a spark plug change. It was gonna cost me over $300 as he quoted me. Too expensive. Don’t think I’ll return. Thank you.
