There were a couple of things I was disappointed with, first $94 for wiper blades is absurd, I work for a Buick Cadillac dealer and we get $45 for a pair installed so I respectfully declined even though Rolando told me I need them ten different times. Also to pay $33 dollars for shop supplies is nuts too, I mean I understand there is a cost of doing business but essentially you did diagnostic and an oil change on the car and I had to $33 dollars in shop supplies , NOT happy about that one. Last I liked Rolando but I wasn’t clear if he knew what I wanted done because everything was done through text, I’m an old fashioned guy, I like to talk on the phone and even though Rolando and I spoke a few times I called him on two different occasions and he did not call back, and when I paid the bill ON LINE I wasn’t sure what I was paying for because it just had a dollar amount and no description of what was done. Rolando never called me to tell me what the final amount would be, I had a general idea but no clear amount , I don’t need a call I’m just giving feedback on how I felt, sincerely Rob Linge
