I drive a Hyundai which I purchased through Ford so I have just continued to go there as I have liked the service in the past. Today, however, was less pleasant. I make appointments in advance and make sure I speak to actual employees as I must have parts ordered in ahead of time. I made an appointment a week in advance this time and when I arrived no one had any idea if the parts I needed had been ordered. Then someone said they would check, and they didn't. Then I was told, okay, we will check but you leave your vehicle here and we will let you know. No one called. An hour later I called and no one could give me answers still. Then half an hour later I get a call back and I'm told that they will be finished in half an hour and I was pretty much hung up on. Then when I came up to the front desk to pay I was once again ignored. I may be a young woman but I am a paying customer who makes sure to give plenty of notice and work with you everyone to take care of my car. It's ridiculous no one had any idea if parts were ordered and the lack of communication with me was appalling.

Miguel was great. But I was perturbed the srrvice took 9 hours! I arrived at 7am. Mogurl told me I needed the 100,000 mole aervice but when I svheduled the service the lady never mentioned it would take 6 hours. Then I puck up my car. On Banderas the car stuttered. I drove back to the dealer and it took 2 more hours for the second look!
I have lost confidence with your dealership. Next car was hoing to be a Ford but Toyota and Jonda never gave me this bad of a service.
Miguel was great. Just the service part left me with doubts about your dealership.
