When new tires were put on my vehicle, I received a call stating the tire machine was having trouble with my type of tire I have so it will take a little longer than expected, which I appreciated the update. It was a very polite and professional conversation. It was not pointed out to me though the deep gouges and scratches in one of my rims the tire machine caused, I am assuming there was hopes that it would not be noticed. Damage to the rim is severe and very noticeable.

As soon as the service was finished, I received a text message saying so and asking me to pay online-so I did. I left and went shopping. Approximately 1/2 hour later I received a call from Mr Jackman saying I left without paying. I informed him I paid online. He apologized stating “they don’t get notification of those payments.
You should not be using a system that causes you to insult your customers.
