i get my oil changed at kruse because i get free oil as long as i own the car. i typically costs around $25-$30 depending on the buggy bucks i have to use and it takes 30 minutes. today my husband brought my car in for the oil change. 1:00 pm appt and he texted me at 2:30 that he was still waiting. then we paid $38 for the oil change! inexcusable that a 30 minute appt took 3x that AND no one bothered to communicate. really not happy with the service received today.
