You are making plenty on the trade for what you are asking for the vehicle we traded. Also, pretty sure you left a couple of options off on our car on your print outs. Looks like we paid too much! Your finance person was about as rude & negative as could be. Get someone with a smile & positive attitude.
When there is adverse weather, it would have been polite to show a vehicle inside.
