My car did feel dirty after the service, specially steering wheel and key were dirty after. My oil and service reminders have not been reseted, so starting my car did remind me that oil change and inspection are needed right after oil change.

Although I had to bring the car back in the next day, due to it pulling to the left while driving (I just had a 4 wheel alignment done in October '22), Chas was very responsive when I called him and got the car in the same day. Unknown how or why this happened but the car needed an alignment again (It wasn't pulling prior to bringing it in the prior day.). Perhaps technician overlooked something when installing new tires?? Regardless, both Chas & Michael are both very casually professional (which is cool to me), always responsive to questions, taking ownership of any issues, explaining possible issues, solutions & outcomes, etc. Refreshing to have these guys in the department because since the days when Amy was my long time service advisor, several years ago (2013-2014..), everyone else inbetween her and these guys, honestly & plainly, S U C K E D & spoke out of their rears (in some cases catching them in falsehoods). As a long time, Volkswagen owner & enthusiast, I enjoy not only working with Chas & Michael on a professional level, but also personally, speaking about our VWs, personalizing them, tuning them, sharing ideas etc, etc. Makes things more enjoyable for everyone now matter how stressful things may seem (or are) at a dealership service department, for both advisors & customers. Certainly, a better customer experience than what I have experienced on the Honda side of the dealership, in the past.

The only suggestion I have the ability to contact the service department and be able to speak to someone and not someone at the 800. There are questions that could be resolved over the phone without having to make a trip to the dealership.
