The entire staff at Port Charlotte VW is incredibly kind and completely professional and dedicated to servicing our vehicle and providing us with updates on the status of our vehicle. Even though it is an hour and a half drive, we will continue to travel to Port Charlotte to make sure that our vehicle is taken care of professionally.

The work done was exceptional. However the communication was not what I am used to. I did not receive updates that the parts were received early and although the work was completed ahead of what I thought, I had made arrangements with other people for transportation. If I had been notified that the parts had been received, I wouldn’t have caused them an inconvenience. In addition there were no drop off envelopes on the night I dropped the car off.

I want to thank Micheal Ghiris for his assistance in getting me back in the road ASAP. I am impressed with the “safety” priorities from Michael and Volkswagen. I experienced a tire issue on the Interstate Tuesday. Michael got me into service right away to take care of this issue. He also went the extra mile and changed the oil….I was unaware that it was due to be changed. This saved me an extra trip and wait time. This is a fantastic service team…very impressed.

Chas did a wonderful job explaining what was going on with my car and what needed to be fixed and how it would affect my driving experience. Christian corrected an error with how my car was to be taken in for service. If you could fix anything the call center should know what kind of service I am calling for. They had me in for just a tire rotation but I needed full maintenance along with tire rotation which Christian corrected for me. I thank Norm Reeves Volkswagen for all the years of service put into keeping my Volkswagen running solidly.
