I never completed the survey. It asked me if I wanted a free trade in quote. I said no and it says "we are excited you were completely satisfied" with the service rep.
I was indeed happy with John and the service provided, however I was there for 2 hours even though I had an appt scheduled for basic maintenance, oil change, tire rotation, air filter change. Though I was thankful John offered for them to do car wash it took them 45 additional minutes to complete it, I later realized they were also vacuuming my front seats area. Overall I'm happy with the service.
