I am completely satisfied with the service my car which I love was finished in a timely manner and looked very good. They washed it and vacuumed the inside. I trust Honda and will continue to bring my car there. Thank you for the great service. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I love Honda’s. I had my first oil change and tire rotation, they really stand by what they say, the oil change was free so I paid for the tire Rotation only. Very happy customer.

He was on break so Caroline helped me, she didn’t want me to have to wait. She did a great job, very friendly. One of the last times I was there I had to wait for a service rep while others were sitting around. I let the manager know and it seems the problem was addressed. I must say this was the best customer service I have had!! Terrel did help me at the end to check out and bring my car up to the door for me. He was very pleasant. I miss the car wash at the end.
