I hit the no button and can't go back to change it. Upon arrival I was greeted by a man who immediately went in and got a man by the name of big Mike. Big Mike explained a couple things to me about the call back on my Honda pilot. And then somebody took it to get it repaired. Much to my dismay I realized my keys for a rental property I was showing were left on my desk! Big Mike got me a ride home and back and the car was done when I returned! It was also washed! I really have to say the service was first class, and the young lady who drove the car was an excellent driver, and very personable! I would recommend anybody to your service department! And, I'm pretty picky!! job well done "TEAM HONDA"
