Angela was detatched from our situation: We understood upon the purchase of our Pilot that we were covered totally and would never be expected to pay for any service whatsoever. We explained this to Angela and in the middle of our conversation she turned to her co-worker and asked him a question regarding parts. The fact that we were present for the initial discovery that the parts were in fact available, we totally understood that she could not have cared less about our situation. We understood that the work was indeed required as proper maintainance and the dollar amount was just short of $400. Angela dismissed us with the suggestion that we speak with customer service. The customer service rep. Edwin, was exceptional. He spoke with his local rep and resolved our problem. He made us feel valued as customers and we left feeling much better than we expected. Unfortunately we then had to deal with Angela again. We understood Angela was to review the service provided but she simply asked us to sign the paperwork, told us that Edwin had taken care of it. We were handed our keys and we left. The next service appointment we will request Terrell, a very pleasant and professional young man who on previous appointments went out of his way to assure our satisfaction. He even had my husbands Marine Corp plate attatched to the front. Great service from Terrell.

Terrel Sylver is great,no problem. The problem still there.Everyting was fine for 20 Minet. After that the problem is back. Same like before.
