My situation is that I’m the sole caregiver for my husband who was at home alone while I was gone today. I myself have recently returned home after two hospitalizations for pneumonia and a collapsed lung.
I, therefore, made an advanced appointment for 11:15am and was told the service would take approximately two hours and planned my husband’s and my day accordingly.
Not having been provided an update, I approached the desk to make inquiry at 2:40 pm as to status and had to return again to the desk to make a second inquiry. The wait time seemed excessive, in light of my personal situation, which I shared with both Ethan and with Heather who scheduled the appointment. Heather indicated she would pass this information onto the Service Department.
An opinion offered . Extra effort should be considered for customer’s with extenuating circumstances. It is the service that one is NOT obligated to give that people value the MOST!

Dropped car off for appointment at 10:45.
Went back to pick up at 4:15. The car was still waiting to get serviced.
They started working on it as soon as I showed up. Wasn’t to happy about waiting another 50 -55 min for them to do the oil change and rotate tires.
It was my first visit to this dealer for service , don’t think I will be back.
