Raul was awesome. Dropping my Atlas off at an 8:15 AM appointment and not hearing back until after 3 in the afternoon to be told they hadn’t looked at our vehicle was not. Being stranded overnight without may car was not awesome either. Being told you had the parts in stock which means you wasted my whole day by not working on my car...not awesome. However none of that is Raul’s fault. So when you loose my future business...and I’m in the market for a new car now..don’t blame Raul when I never want to come back because honestly he was very friendly and helpful in person and over the phone...except the part where I waited all day to hear about what was happening with my car.

The job was to replace front passenger side tire. After 1.5!hours, the Service tech replaced rear passenger side tire. Had to wait an extra 1.5 hours to make the change. And he didn’t reset the system and he forgot to put 2 caps back on tires.
