I still have a question not answered yet. Here it is what it was about.
Hi. I checked the bill. Is job #1 and #10 overlapped? Because when I went over your shop to do oil change, it will do the inspection as well. It seems this was double charge. Can you please check?
Also, I really don’t like the way the agent asked my daughter to do all these extra services. It was planned to do oil change so I let my daughter to help to take the car for service, but somehow the service counselor did a good job to sell her different kinds of services and it ended up a bill of almost $600.
