I’ve never had any problems with the service and the techs seem to be well trained. Gary helped me with deleting a couple phone numbers from my hands free phone. I had missed one step in the process. BUT...
We still have an (months-long) ongoing issue with our Navigation that has NOT been resolved.
The guy that was working with us last said that he ordered the part. Then nothing for weeks & weeks. Only to find out he is no longer with Hyundai.
Seems that NOBODY took over and was told the part was never ordered and NOONE ever called us? So, we have two service experiences that are at the extreme polar opposite from each other with respect to our satisfaction.
