Cruz was very professional and kind during my visit , even though I was not in the beat mood, he still went way out of his way to make the whole experience enjoyable, Just want to say thank you to cruise and Shaun the manager for doing a tremendous job on my visit. This is why I keep coming back to Cerritos ford, customer service experience like these two show on a daily basis 10 out of 10 service . These boys need a raise ASAP!! ????
