Cheyne Riggs was a welcome to the concern I have had since 2018, him and Raidel Soto ,They both went beyond the call of duty to investigate my issue with my car for several years. They both work with me to get my car back to them , knowing I’m a Front liner and the demand for me as a nurse has been needed
I was offered a loaner while they was finding the issue
I appreciate every thing they did with respect and dignity to satisfy me completely.

Vehicle delivered with dirty inside with technicians hand prints, not cleaned properly. Also the Backup camera is NOT functioning. Norm Reeves Ford must do a quality inspection before the vehicle delivery. This has been the issue with this dealership since long time.
