Jose was excellent! I had several things that I needed to have checked, in addition to the services I came in for. Jose communicated with me very well which services were suggested, including the time it would take and estimated costs. I don’t usually take my vehicles for service at the dealership, however, I was very satisfied with my experience today.

For one the labor cost was outrageous. I went in for a routine oil change and got my brakes changed with fluid and my fuel injection checked and serviced. The parts for all that was around $300 but labor was an astonishing +$800. No one explained why the labor cost so much or what the hourly rate was for the services.
or how many hours were actually spent on my car. I don’t mind paying for the amazing work is done or labor spent on my car, but nearly $900 on just labor is extreme. Not only that, when my car was brought to me I was told I would at the very least be provided with a complimentary car wash, which I wasn’t. I picked up my car just as I lefted. The little things count. I thank Rafael for his assistance, I know he doesn’t set the pricing for these things, but the overall experience was not satisfying at all. — Alex S
