He also made sure to find my service package, something that I had been previously told would be my responsibility to provide every visit. Bob Moore had an opportunity to to gain our service business on our new Kia Soul. They however chose not to, I nor my family will ever go to Bob Moore again. All our Kia service business will go to one of the other half a dozen Kia dealers in the aria.

Very good experience! My recall was done as I waited, and completed quickly. Nathan was courteous and a pleasure to deal with.
I do have a suggestion however. As the car was driven into the shop, I noticed a brake light was out, and asked that it be checked. I was told that I did, in fact need a bulb, and that it would be $45 to replace it. I later had it replaced at AutoZone for $5 and free installation.
I understand the need to make a profit, but I'd suggest making a simple, particularly safety related, operation such as this, as much of a courtesy as possible.
