The representative was friendly, helpful and informative. My only disappointment was the fact that Hyundai was unable to do the full maintenance because of some machinery being broken. This was not the fault of the representative. But, I would have preferred to have been contacted before my apt happened and be informed of the matter and given the opportunity to reschedule for a time that the full maintenance could have been done. Having to make an additional trip from a pretty good distance is not efficient of my time.
