I am having to bring my vehicle back into the shop on Monday. The squealing sound persist & there is a slight hesitation once you start the car that was not present before. Hopefully Hyundai will make it right.

Quotes $20 for appointment that cost $200. Didn't have parts in stock (unprepared for appointment) wanted to put car back together to charge me a second time when part came in, had to teach your representative how to source a part that was delivered within 20 minutes of me teaching him how to do it.... underwhelming experience

My problems were taken care of. The only problem was they said it would take 4 hours and it was there by appointment from 8:00am until 4:30 pm. They said many had come in for service and the tech was pulled off my car to service them.

We have a wind leak in the drivers side door window of our new 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe. I brought it in for evaluation and service and the managers said they heard it, and it was considered normal. Of all of the new vehicles I have owned this has not ever been considered normal. My husband called and asked for further evaluation and was told the service director would be reaching out. It has been 4 weeks and we have not heard anything further about it. We love the vehicle and it would be perfect if this was remedied.

The only negative that we had with our service today was that we had to have someone drop off our vehicle for the 2:00 appointment. The car was not taken into the shop to be worked on until 3:15. They told us that it would taken a hour and a half to do the work that needed to be done. So the person that dropped it off had to leave due to time and we had to try and make it there after we got off of work before y’all closed. I feel like if you have a appointment at 2 then it should not take over an hour to get the car into the shop to begin the work.
