I was sold a 2014 Malibu on 5/5/21 and I had to come back less than a month later due to the check engine light coming on. The service team was amazing with helping with the problem due to the cause being used and sold as is.I understand the sales team job is to sale a car but the fact that I’m pretty sure they knew of the problem (transmission issues $$$$$$$$$) and still sold the car really disturbs me.

I really appreciate how professional and knowledgeable Brandon is when dealing with me and my car. He has always been the one to help me when I come there. I inquired about needing 50k mileage services with Chris (a different associate that was supposed to pass it along). I was in need of a fuel filter and fairly close to transmission fluid renewal. This would have been completely missed if I hadn't called several times to ensure service was correct.
