Priority Nissan Newport News is the worst Nissan Dealership in Hampton. Roads. I bought a 2010 Nissan Titan at Pomoco Nissan. I bought another 2010 Titan at Hall Nissan Virginia Beach. I bought a 2017 Nissan Titan at Bannister Nissan of Norfolk. Your dealership is by far the worst and you even hired the worst service manager from Bannister Nissan of Chesapeake. From purchase to service Pomoco makes your operation look like a circus. I also bought a 2015 Chevy Suburban from Priority Chevrolet. I service at Priority Infinity and your dealership is the worst and I won’t return for any reason. Please remove me from all future correspondence.

10 AM appt. At 12:30 service person asked me to ok service work. Approximately 20 minutes of actual work: chg oil, oil filter, cab air filter. I understand that you need to over book. But the 10 AM appt was offered by the service rep. I did not request it.

No need to contact me about it. Sam did a great job of working with me. I am frustrated that it took over 3 hours to get a tire rotation and oil change done. Especially when I had an appointment. I appreciate the fact the oil change a service that comes with the purchase of my truck but my time is obviously not valued if it takes 3 hours to complete it. Thanks again Sam for providing great quality service. I’m sorry you’re out in a bad spot by your department not doing what they need to on there end! Thanks!
