I was not advised of your new policy of charging a 3% convenience fee for using a credit card for service, until I handed over my card to pay. Had I been made aware, I would have brought cash. After discussing my displeasure with both Judy and her boss, without remedy, I paid the fee just to get my car back. But you may rest assured it will be my last visit to your establishment. I am also undertaking a social media campaign to let everyone know about your new policy, since management couldn’t be bothered. You may be surprised at how much publicity that $16 bought you.
