I had a coupon for the works oil change and handed it to Richard. He said I could have it back he would take care of the price, no problem. When I came back to pick up the car, I asked the lady if the oil change had the discount. She said no, she didn’t know, there wasn’t a coupon. Asked if I had the coupon and then corrected bill. Kind of ridiculous for me to go through that process for $3 on a $700 bill but I had only come in for the oil change. Seems like a pretty valuable coupon for Bob Thomas. Please just take and process my coupon. Thanks.

Appointment scheduled 2 weeks out, no loaner car, car was dropped off at 8a no follow up, I had to call at 12p to see what was going on. Instructed car was doing on diagnostic at 1330hrs. When I dropped car off it was stated I needed it back to pick up son from school at 1430. Asked for shuttle driver at 12, after waiting till 1320, I had to contact uber to get a ride. Arrived at dealership, nothing was done with car. If call I can provide more detail.
