Curtis in service is awesome. Took a bad situation with my car and turned it into something to laugh about. He should be training other service advisors on customer service. I’m a dodge guy but would consider an F150 just due to the great treatment from your back of the house crew.

I picked up my car after hours. When I picked it up and started driving, I noticed the steering wheel shaking. The more I drove the worse it got and it started pulling to the right. I did drop it back off and left a note in the drop box. I’ll call to check on it in the morning, and I’m sure they’ll it fixed right.

I had a coupon for the works oil change and handed it to Richard. He said I could have it back he would take care of the price, no problem. When I came back to pick up the car, I asked the lady if the oil change had the discount. She said no, she didn’t know, there wasn’t a coupon. Asked if I had the coupon and then corrected bill. Kind of ridiculous for me to go through that process for $3 on a $700 bill but I had only come in for the oil change. Seems like a pretty valuable coupon for Bob Thomas. Please just take and process my coupon. Thanks.
