We were told the part was going to be $180 to fix and ended up being over $500!!! The $180 was just for 1.5 hours of labor, but when we got the bill, it was in the shop for 47 minutes, but we were charged $180 in labor which calculates to 1.5 hours! We would never have gotten the part fixed if we knew it was going to be over $500!!! I would have gone to a salvage yard, gotten the part and done it myself! Wow...we have had great service before with you, but this was very disappointing!

I took my truck in to get the leaking window fixed. I knew it would be 79.99$ to get the window looked at and that was ok with me. I was told by Tom that he couldn’t find any parts for the fix. So I’m not displeased with his service but I paid 80$ and I still have a leaking window problem. Wouldn’t you guys know ahead of time that those parts weren’t available?

The issue with the service was that I explained that I was in a hurry, and asked them how long it would take to get my oil changed, tires rotated, and the general inspection done. “25 to 35 minutes” is what I was told. In reality, it took a little over an hour, which made me late getting back to work (I was on a lunch break), and had I known it was going to take an hour+, I would have simply come back early the following morning, before my work shift started. I understand estimates for time, and even 45 minutes would have been totally fine, but it took almost fully twice as long as what I was told, making me late getting back to work, and I was not too happy about that.
