It’s a small thing but my engine oil life wasn’t reset by the technician. Other then that, very satisfied.

Joe and his team fixed a 7 month problem that didn’t get fixed at the West store on several trips. The transit transports small children and for months the repairs were never completed at the west Illinois store. I appreciate Joe Mary’s and what his team was able to do on the first try!!!!

He corrected what was missed at the south location. Derek Schuch listened to my concerns and made this right for me. I am very thankful that Derek took care of all the concerns I had as I felt ignored and dismissed before dealing with him. He made sure my concerns were his concerns. He made sure his group to checked and corrected everything we covered. Without his help I would not have received the help I did. The only negative item is the amount of time it took for the repairs was longer than expected so a loner car would have been very helpful. If this is got the work I had done from the body shop then they did a great job. I only wished they would have washed the whole truck when they were done but other than that the north store did a great job. The service mgr. also took care of al my concerns too. Thanks, Andy Eash
