We have had an ongoing problem with a 2017 transit connect that only had 50,000 miles on it since April 2021. Ben unable to get any parts or satisfaction. Was told I would be called when a part was available, a year and a half later I’m now being told well I will never get one if I don’t pre-pay for it even though it is on back order with no possible delivery date.
