My car is still not fixed the check engine light is on and the car is still not running right it is doing the same thing as before . They had my car for 30 days I would expect it to be running 100% better. I am not satisfied with the service I have received from the Service department at Bob Thomas dealership .

l was told that i be paying only 119.00 on my day they wrk on my vehicle was 2-15 paid 211.00 first day .connor took care of me.said he was new.no excuse .i want the difference bk he promised me.also i had to go see what took so long to get to me see what was wrong with my vehicle.got there after 11:00 am set there for 2 hrs then i got up went bk there they said no one turn it in to whom isdoing paper wrk.i well not be bk there .i not gt that kind of money to threw away.i rate u poor

Came in with a check engine light, thought it might be the spark plugs. Replaced and spent $600. Stated the rough idle is better, I didn’t notice a difference, and the check engine light came back on a day later. Feel like a spent $600 for no reason.

Upon leaving I had a rattling noise and got home to look under my truck. When I did I found the guy doing the work picked my truck up on the lid partially using the skid plate bending it up into the exhaust. I am not sure if he damaged the exhaust yet to or just the skid plate.
