Jeffrey is hands down one of the best service representatives I met. He was able to schedule an appointment window to take care of the BCM recall for me and was very knowledgeable on the vehicle itself and approximately how long I’d be waiting for. The way he treats customers I would say is above and beyond my satisfaction standards.

I was charged way too much, incredibly expensive. And I was not informed beforehand of the services suggested. I was put on the spot with an insanely expensive bill. This was outrages. You should first let your customer know and give them the opportunity to decide in an informed manner. I will never use this dealership ever again.
