Tried to not rotate my tires. I marked the fronts so I would know , came back and they were not rotated after the oil change. Then had to wait another 20 mins. dishonest experience

I have been a Ford customer for many years as are most members of my family. We have been quite satisfied with Capital. However we will NEVER us your Quick Lane service again. The young woman, I believe her name is Crystal Has been rude to me and on separate occasions to my wife. Today was no exception. Paul in the Capital service department was very helpful in explaining why I needed new lug nuts while my car was at Quick Lane for an oil change. John at Quick Lane was far less helpful from the beginning of my time there and got angry with me when the person Paul had sent for the lug nuts didn’t arrive in a timely fashion. I explained that I had an important meeting so I asked him to forgo the new lug nuts because I was running late. He was visibly angry with me. Our patronage of your businesses pays the wages of both John and Crystal and they seem to have forgotten that . I have heard others having similar experiences with this rudeness , primarily from Crystal.... perhaps there is an employment opportunity somewhere else where her rudeness would not offend your paying customers.

I am very happy with the service we received from Capital Ford Lincoln. My Ford F150 tow vehicle broke down pulling my camper while we were on vacation. We were towed off the freeway to the dealership overnight and they were able to determine the problem first thing in the morning. They ordered parts and we were back on the road by noon the following day. Staff was professional and went out of their way to get us back on the road. You saved our vacation. After returning home, I noticed a lot of oil was spilled on the engine when the oil change was completed. I appreciate the efforts to clean it up, but the oil left over started to burn and the smell go inside the vehicle. Other than that, I am satisfied.

Estevan worked me in on a Friday afternoon to check a suspected brake line leak. He worked with a technician to find the problem and notified me promptly. Very courteous and professional and got my truck back on the road promptly. Great job!!

Truck was scheduled for 8 am on Wednesday and it wasn't done until 3:25. I had to call to find out my truck didn't get worked on until that afternoon. Why have an appointment at all.

A survey form for feedback on a job not yet completed due to having to order the parts under mfg recall is premature. However, the initial service provided by Mr. Rivera was highly professional and reflected well on your company. I might add that I have never received less than friendly, professional and competent service from any of your employees.
