Estevan was polite and he has a great customer service. On Saturday when I went to get the car new part, they couldn’t find the part that they ordered. So I’m still waiting for Estevan yo call me to schedule the new appointment.

I want to give Trent and his crew the highest compliments for making the repair on my F 350 . It is a little unnerving being away from home when problems occur and pulling a 5th wheel camping trailer. Of course another factor with this was timing. It happened this past Saturday afternoon and another dealership closed at 11:30 am and could not perform the work. Trent and his team were able to accomplish the repair on a hot engine that we drove from Santa Fe . The outside temp was 98 to 100 degrees. It truly was a job well done with a team that I am sure were anxious to start their weekend. A special thanks to Capitol Ford.
