Tried calling Ford service number for appointment. Put on hold instantly. Called back later went to voicemail. Not good.

Service was Excellent in every way and extremely efficient. I haven’t before used this Quick Lane and I was very impressed and I’ll use it again for services they provide. A special commendation to John for appropriately telling a Customer who entered without a mask that he could not stay inside unless he wears a mask. I appreciated that the customer was reminded in a kind yet Firm way of the mask requirement.

I do appreciate the person driving my car in and out of the bay wore a mask. While sitting outside while my cas was being services I witnesses an employee driving a customers car out of the bay NOT WEARING A MASK. I did mention it to the front desk person. My mom has cancer and was with me and having a person I dont know in my car and nit wearing a mask disturbed me. The customer was wearing one the employee should have and show the same courtesy. Thank you to the man who drove my car and wore one.

I brought my truck in for 100K service @ 8 AM on Thursday 9/10. Later that day, I was informed that my truck was not going to be ready until mid next day. I called Dominic and he informed the truck wouldn’t be ready until 4 pm. I called mid afternoon ( the next day) and was informed me my truck would be ready by 5 pm. Dominic called a while later and said they were having problems removing my spark plugs, and the truck would not be ready until tomorrow. I called on Saturday, @ 9 am left a message. I called again @10, spoke to Brian. Brian finally connected me to Dominic- they couldn’t finish the job. I informed him I had to pick up my truck before 12 pm. He said it would be ready and he would have it detailed for me. I arrive at Capital at 12, 3 spark plugs could not be completed and truck was not detailed.
I was not charged for the spark replacement. I now have to make another appointment to have my spark plugs replaced. Dominic informed that removing the spark plugs can sometimes be difficult, by why did they start this on Friday afternoon? Shouldn’t this have been the very first thing that was fixed?
This was a frustrating experience, not sure I want to go through this again.

No one picked up phone when I tried to call. When I wrote I was picking up the van, I also said not to put it back together. That info. was not given to technician . When he was told I’d be picking it up, he put it back together.
