The man who helped me at the counter was tremendous. The information I received from him was, to say the least, extremely disappointing. Apparently the OEM low profile tires that came with the Edge ST were only rated to last 20K miles. Tell me, should a nearly $50,000 vehicle be equipped with such crappy tires? I think not. I now need to replace the tires after only 18 months of use. This Is ridiculous, not to mention expensive given that I am locked in to replacing them with similar low profile tires with fairly low mileage ratings. This is criminal. I am NOT happy and may never purchase another Ford product. Note that I was raised in Detroit in a family who was loyal to Ford and it’s products for at least 70 years. Note that I feel ripped off and extremely angry.
