The only problem was the computer menu was not reset and I am trying to figure out how to do reset all. Example like oil change should of been at new start again it not ect ect. Know I’m having to call the dealer in Albuquerque for help.

I took my car in to service department a month ago...he took a picture of the carpet problem and said he would get back to me and let me know how Capitol Ford will fix it...Never heard back from him...I called back again and a woman said it would take a couple hours to fix...I brought it in at 730 a.m. and it wasn't ready until after 1 pm ...6 hours...not 2 hours...I've pretty much have had it with Capitol Ford...not the 1st time I've had problems with your company...I've purchased or leased 6 vehicles from you since 1999...this will be my last purchase from Capitol Ford...Paul L
