After getting my vehicle back from oil change and tires rotated, I noticed that the oil life was not reset to 100%, and the tire air pressures were not reset. The customer service individual was informed that the air pressure in one tire was low and I asked her to please check that. She insured me that it would be taken care of. This is the fourth time the gauges have not been reset. Twice for the oil, once for the tires, and the last for a fuel filter. Today I was so frustrated upon seeing that oil was not reset, I decided to just reset it myself. Then I looked at the tire pressures and they were the same. I went back in and spoke to the customer service individual and let her know what had not been completed. She referred me to the customer service manager. He spoke with person who did oil change and tire rotation. They went out to my vehicle. The mechanic pulled my truck back into to shop and added air to the tire I had originally asked to be looked at. He reset air pressures gauge. The manager stated he was glad that I informed him of the problems and apologized for any inconvenience. I understand a common mistake, but this is getting to be a regular occurrence!!!
