Jennifer and the rest of the staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional. I live out of state and when traveling I prefer to have my wrangler serviced at a Jeep dealership. Thank you all for making it hassle free.

I am certain fluid is leaking past the cups in the master cylinder there is no other reason the brake pedal coil keep going down to the floor when I hold the brake. It takes about 10 seconds or less after applying the brake for the pedal to go down to about 1 inch from the floor. This is NOT normal and my brake never went down more than an inch or two I have driven it 15000 miles and as soon as I got in and pushed the brake to start it last Friday I immediately knew something was wrong. When you apply the brake and hold it the pedal should not keep creeping down to the floor like this because when applied the pedal should be locked by hydraulic pressure and the only way it can keep slowly going down is an internal leak in the master cylinder
