Kelly was very friendly. We just didn’t appreciate the phone call hours later in the day and being told we could not get our car back until the next day due to inability to get the part on a recall. It was a recall! Someone should have made sure the part was available before ever making an appointment for two days later. We feel two days is plenty of time to make sure the part was there.

Only 6500 miles on my truck. Bought from your dealership. Got it’s first oil change today. Service person was extremely sloppy with work quality. My trucks under carage is soked with oil. I drove back home and noticed oil all over my driveway! I took the truck back and the manager had the service technician look everything over and “clean” the mess up your dealership made. Took it back home and once again oil still leaking on my driveway. My truck is $55k and only 6500 miles on it. Now I have oil saturated all over the under carage once again. How can dealership technician not even perform an oil change correctly?? Sad. Now I have carpet on my driveway under my truck. This service department is a joke.
