I have no plans on returning there. I was warned it may take a few days, and I was okay with that. What I was not okay with was them wanting to charge me for an oil change when I had purchased a pre-paid plan. Then they told me a loaner car was available for the weekend, but then said it had a 100 mile max. I live 52 miles away. So in essence they were saying I could pay $40 a day rent to drive back and forth to the dealer and nothing else. The only reason I went to this dealer was because they had a loaner car and the other dealer didn't. Y'all wasted my time.
