Couple problems-1-Jennifer told me my rear rotors were thin- probably right since the truck is 5 years old. However, the finished paperwork showed I refused recommended 2 recommended items recommended to be done.2a- adjust the emergency brake and 2b-change the motor air filter which I did at last oil change approx 4 weeks prior!

Johnny wasn’t the one one who worked on my truck when I dropped it off. I was informed he was on vacation. They had to order a part to fix it again so hopefully that’s the last repair. The technician working on my car wondered if the truck had been in a rear end collision before and I told him Star never informed me it was when I bought it.
