I was upset when they told me there is a charge for using a credit card. That might hurt you in the end because next time I’ll bring cash and if I was paying with cash today I would not have gotten the extras.

I was waiting for over four hours. My car was thoroughly checked for stalling and acceleration issues but nothing was found. She listened to my frustration with the car; I appreciate that.
Later that evening, my car displayed the issue again by rumbling then not accelerating past 30 mph. ????

Torey was great - friendly and attentive. I thought it was excessive that I had to wait over three hours (with a scheduled appointment) for an oil change and for the mechanic to diagnose that I need a new motor in my side view mirror. Now I have to go back to get the mirror replaced. I sure hope it’s not going to take nearly as long, especially since it is a Kia defect.
