Emily was perfect. She Explained everything very clearly & listened to our concerns. She was great! but i wasn’t happy with the manufacturing decisions of the awful tires they put on the car to begin with. Read up on them and no wonder they wore so fast but. Nothing I could do about that. They should have put a spare on the car and not let me leave with the screw in my tire. But I made it home.

Vehicle was purchased in September and has a compressor that needs to be replaced. It took 3 hours to find that out and I was told they have no idea when the part will be in but they will call me. I was also told a had a nail in my tire and needed a new tire which was not true. It was a small screw which did not go into the tire.

I called the service department and not only did they get my Kia in for repair they provided me with a shuffle ride back and forth from our hotel so I didn't miss any vacation time with my family.
