Who ever fixed my car left their trash and the cover to the fuse box on the passenger seat. I picked the car up at night so I didn’t notice it. Also when they handed me my keys I asked where my car was and the said on the side,
It was behind the building so I’m wondering around in the dark looking for my car-in the rain! Over this really!

When i was taking my old car to Jiffy Lube for the oil change they were vacuuming deeper and cleaning my outside window too.. if I'm not mistaking on the paper by the receptionist it compare your oil change with others and again if I'm not wrong your says that also include a car wash,so if I'm right I didn't get my car washed

When she answered the phone I was slowly telling what my problem was and she started loudly saying wow wow wow hold on so I hung up on her called back and spoke with a manager John who was calm but was not able to help me either I will not be returning to Kia for service of my vehicle I was considering purchasing another vehicle from there next month but I am going to Auto Lenders instead

Tori was very good. When I made my appointment no one told me that the recall part waould have to be ordered and that I would have to bring my car back another time. I scheduled the recall & oil change at the same time so I would not have to be there twice. If someone had told me I woyld have come out done the 10 minute evaluation annd waited. Then brought my vehicle back for the recall and oil change. Tori had to clean up the mess that was made by the person who made my initial appointment.
