At checkout I was alerted that I will need a new filter (it's marked red). During service if something is needed/questionable the customer should be informed. I would have them change the filter without question. As a business, I am shocked that you allowed money to walk out the door. This is also the first time I've had service and did not have my car washed. Alan provided good customer service.

This was my first time using the Matt Blatt service department (just bought the car in May), and the experience was great! The whole process was smooth and easy. Finding the proper place to check in for my oil change was the only change, but that was more my fault than the dealership's.

August 2,2021: Around 4 o'clock, I stopped at Matt Blatt Kai to explain what was going on with my car. I explained to the guy what was wrong with my car and I think that I have a transmission problem. As I was waiting in the waiting room, he came and informed me that I have an internal leakage and it will need to be fixed. The earliest I can drop the car off is Friday and I told him that’s fine. I went to talk to a seller to ask for a loaner for the time being. She told me to come and get it Thursday afternoon.As i was leaving, another guy told me, it will take a couple days to get done. Aug 5, 2021: I got to the shop around 4ish because I left work at 3:30pm. I explained to Torey what the guy Dave told me and gave her the keys. I wasn’t able to drop the car on Friday due to working early and went to get the loaner. August 6-7,2021: No call or text message about my car, and I am assuming they forgot about my car because I have been to Kia for all my car services and I know the process. Aug 8, 2021I know the shop is closed. August 9, 2021: Around 12ish during my break, I decided to call and ask about my car. I talked to two different people and my car wasn’t in the system. Only Kia soul that was in the system was for someone by the last name”fisher” my last name is “Normil”. Then I was placed on hold for 2 minutes and told my car was ready. The way I got the message, I knew something was fishy. Around 4ish, I got to pick up the car, I asked what work was done and I was informed that NOTHING NOTHING, they just clean the oil. I was mad because if you clean the oil on the surface, it's common sense that the oil is coming from somewhere. I didn’t want to take the keys. I was informed that Dave is not longerhere, I explained to Torey what Dave told me about my car and the issues that I have been having. I was informed that they will look at it the next day. August 10,2021: Around 7ish am, I got a text message and at 10:46am received a voicemail saying the find where the leak was coming from. Which is upsetting because They never looked at it when I dropped it off thatThursday. Aug 11, 2021 Received a text message saying I can text or call if i have any questions or concerns August 12-17,2021: I gave them time to fix everything. August 18, 2021: Around 11:40sih, i Decided to call and get some updates. Chris told me he will call me back with more information. He called me at 12pm, saying that my car will be ready today. 12:26pm..And he called again to tell me to pick it up. Overall, I wasn’t happy with this service at all. This service was extremely unprofessional and the fact that nonone knew the status of my car when I called the first time, is very upsetting.I wasted time going to get it when it wasn’t ready. In the end, the service got better but I don’t 100% believe that my car is fixed correctly.

We purchased our car from your dealership 2 years ago. I drive 1 hour & 10 minutes to have my car service. It’s a good feeling when I pulled into the garage and Alan Finkle is checking me in. I know that I’m in good hands with Alan. He is the BEST.
