Paul called me to go over the work order.He told me that I had gotten an oil change at my last appointment, 5000mles ago. I get the synthetic oil so I only need it changed every 10000miles. I told him not to change the oil but change the filters, the 75000 mile service and a state inspection. I picked up my car. All the work I agreed to had been done AND my oil was changed even though I was told I didn’t need and I didn’t agree to. In addition to that, on my state inspection certificate, my address was wrong. I hope the DMV accepts it.

It took quite a while - an hour and a half?!? - for an oil change. WTH?? And it was quite a bit more than the last oil change I had fone there. So, no, not a great experience.
