Eric is a great technician, he resolved my problem and was able to finally order the correct part. However at an oil change appointment I discussed needing to replace a fan in the cooling seats. They ordered the part and never called that it was in and I forgot. At my next oil change they attempted to replace the part but it was wrong. So they made an appointment a few weeks later and ordered the part again. I dropped off my car and it was again the wrong part. Eric ordered the correct part and I was able to get it fixed finally. I understand mistakes happen, but twice? It is very difficult to have to go without your vehicle and make arrangements for transportation one time, much less three especially when I live an hour away and choose to come to star Hyundai since I purchased my car there.
