It took three hours for a scheduled routine check up. Oil change, tire rotation. I guess I was numb because I most be crazy to wait three hours.
Sandy is great and does everything she can for the customer. I’m sure it was out of control.

I want the additional complimentary 3 check ups. We bought the car with 3,000 or so miles on it. Because Hyundai can’t stand behind their vehicles we lost the warranty. We asked the sales person to please prorate it. I do fill like a sucker and taken advantages of as a senior.
Paid in cash yet no movement or options were offered. I wish we would have walked out. Sorry, I have been so upset about being taken advantage of and I took this opportunity to let it out. I feel this needs to be made right.
